CSA

CSA Program
Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program connects residents with fresh, locally grown produce each week. CSA members directly support our urban farm and get access to the season’s best harvest, while UFG receives funds to sustain our farming and education programs.

Membership Options
We offer seasonal membership plans to suit a variety of budgets and household needs. Members receive weekly produce boxes featuring the freshest items of the season.

How It Works

  1. Choose a Membership: Select a membership level that fits your needs.
  2. Receive Fresh Produce: Each week/month, pick up a box filled with seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown at our urban farm.
  3. Support Local Agriculture: By joining the CSA, you contribute directly to the growth of sustainable urban agriculture in Waterbury.

Seasonal Produce
Expect a diverse mix of produce across seasons—everything from leafy greens and root vegetables in the spring to tomatoes, peppers, and melons in the summer, and squash and potatoes in the fall.
